Cardio Drumming is a cardiovascular working that combines drumming, rhythm, and
music. Typically you will use a ball to strike with your drumsticks or a mat while
standing on it. This is a low-impact workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

This will be 50 minutes of fun!!

Four week mini session on Tuesdays in the Community Education Room at the High School.
